After the deposit and your content arrive, we aim for a first draft in 7–10 business days. We confirm your start date together.

Two revision rounds are included. Each round is one collected list of changes within the agreed plan. Fixing our mistakes never uses a round.
- Give it the green light
You review and approve it, pay the balance, and choose care or handoff. We then connect the domain and launch.

We can stick around.
Optional care is $99/month: hosting, HTTPS, backup copies before changes, and up to 30 minutes of small content updates each month. Think new hours, fresh photos, or a service description.
Starts at launch with separate approval. Unused update time doesn’t roll over. We aim to reply within two business days. Extra work is quoted before we begin. Cancel before the next renewal; we help you move your site.
A few things to know.
What if I need an online store or something custom?
This package is for a straightforward business website. Shops, custom booking systems, member accounts, and complex integrations need a separate quote. Tell us what you have in mind before you pay.
What if I want more changes?
We’ll explain what’s included and quote anything extra before doing the work. Our suggested extra-work rate is $85/hour with a 30-minute minimum. You always get to decide.
Can I get a real person’s help?
Yes. You have a private conversation for questions, ideas, and updates, with a person available when you need help. We’ll explain the next step in plain language. You can also email support@decibelzerollc.com before you get started.
