A LITTLE CLARITY
Your ideas.
Handled with care.
What we save, and why
Decibel Zero uses your name, signed-in email, business description, requests, project choices, feedback, design approvals, and messages to discuss and deliver your website. Your account identifies which projects you may open. The business owner can review this information and help you.
Your private website space
Email sign-in is provided through Supabase. We send a one-time code to verify your email. Use the same email when you return. Your project details are stored in the site’s hosted database. A project link alone does not grant access. We don’t ask you to send a password or card details in a request or message.
Tools that help us deliver
AI may help the owner organize a brief or draft a response. When the owner runs an AI tool, relevant project information may be sent to OpenAI for that task. Submitting a request or message does not automatically run an AI agent. A person reviews the important decisions.
Payments and messages
Stripe securely processes payments for the agreed website package. We save payment references and confirmation status; we do not store card numbers. Requesting a website or choosing a care preference does not charge you or start a subscription. Messages are saved in your website space; Resend sends service alerts to the business owner. Alerts include the event type and request reference; message contents stay in the private website space.
Questions or changes to your information
Use the conversation in My website or email support@decibelzerollc.com to ask us to correct or delete your information. We keep it while discussing or delivering your project, and where needed for business records. We will explain any information that must be retained when handling your request.
